Terms and Conditions for Application

1. No Guarantee of Availability: Submission of this application does not guarantee venue availability for the requested space, date and time. Availability will be confirmed upon review of the application and subsequent discussions.
2. Provisional Booking: The booking status of an event remains provisional and subject to change until the venue agreement is signed, and the non-refundable commitment fee is paid.
3. Event Permits and Compliance: The Event Organiser is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and any bookings of ancillary spaces in the precinct as well as ensuring compliance with SASREA and local regulations. DHL Stadium is not liable for any issues or cancellations arising from non-compliance.
4. Advertising and Ticket Sales: Advertising or ticket sales for any event should not commence until a venue agreement is signed and the commitment fee is paid. Any such activities undertaken prior to this are at the Event Organiser's own risk.
5. Use of Stadium Marks and Name: The Event Organiser may not use the DHL Stadium name, logo, or any associated marks in any promotional materials or communications until the venue agreement is signed and the commitment fee is paid. Any unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
6. Management of Athletics Track and Parking Areas: Please note that DHL Stadium does not manage the Green Point Athletics Track and parking areas P4, P6, and P9. Any arrangements for these areas must be made separately.
